Professionals may monitor the information personal users enter, with permission. Three professional accounts are available; the privileges of these accounts are:.

  • Professional (free) View charts, enter personal health record information about a personal user in the user account, such as treatments and visits.
  • Professional Plus ($100/year) Additional privileges: daily Health Log entry about the personal user (log entry for personal users in addition to their own entries).
  • Professional Plus/Editing ($500/year) Additional privileges: creating and editing health logs to be used by personal users with whom you are linked.
You must contact SymTrend support to upgrade your account to a Professional Plus or Professional Plus/Editing account (toll free: 866-796-8736).
