SymTrend is a subscription system. You must sign up for a personal user account to use it. Individuals, family members, or professionals can enter information about a personal user. A subscription gives you unlimited data entry (in one or more diaries about one person), charting, and technical support. You will still have access to your information after your subscription expires. Subscriptions
If you want to record information on an iPhone or iPad, purchase the product on the iTunes App Store. The username and password you use during that signup will also work here online. If you have already subscribed to another SymTrend product for the same person, you can use the same username and password for this product so you can view the information together. If so, do not sign up for ADL here. You can add ADL to your subscription from within the web account of the other product. Select Your Account from the Navigation bar, then Products, then More.Customization You can work with a SymTrend consultant to customize the Health Log (e-diary) screens. Phone consultation and programming time typically varies from 1.5 hours for minor modifications of an existing log to 4.0 hours for a new more complicated log. The programming hourly rate is $80/hour. |
